Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru. Skala ordinal digunakan untuk mengukur jawaban responden terhadap pertanyaan yang diajukan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda guna mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas, yaitu pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja fisik, terhadap variabel terikat, yaitu kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
