Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of trust towards marital satisfaction in commuter marriage couples. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a role for trust towards marital satisfactin Populations in this study were in commuter marriage couple. in Indonesia. The number of samples in this study consisted of 150 of wife who experience commuter marriage. The sampling technique used in this study is incidental sampling. The measuring instrument used to measure marital satisfaction variable based on aspects Mackey dan O'Brien (1995) and measure trust based on aspects Rampel (1985). Data analysis in this study was carried out using simple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the hypothesis test on the variables of marital satisfaction and trust,obtained an F value of 398.719 and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05). The results of the regression analysis showed data on the R Square value between marital satisfaction and trust of 0.690, indicating that trust plays a role of 69% in marital satisfaction,
