Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja mesin pencacah menggunakan arus listrik DC. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Pertanian KampusIndralaya Universitas Sriwijaya. Dengan rincian tempat Laboratorium Biosistem Energi Pertanian dan Drafting Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya., pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai dengan selesai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk tabel terbuka, paramater yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengujian tegangan listrik, arus listrik, kebutuhan energi, input dan output input dan waktu pencacahan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tegangann pada mesin pencacah pada arus listrik AC 235,4 V , sedangkan untuk rata rata tegangan arus listrik DC yang dimodifikasi melalui inverter 215,3. Adapun untuk parameter pengamatan dalam penelitian ini berupa kebutuhan energi listrik dimana rata rata arus listrik AC 2,68 Wh, dan untuk rata rata kebutuhan energi listrik DC 2,6 Wh. Input dan output berupa sayur yang akan dicacah sebesar 500 gram, hasil rata rata output dari cacahan mesin pencacah mengunakan aruslistrik AC 268 gram, dan hasil cacahan mesin pencacah menggunakan arus listrik DC 288 gram. Rata rata waktu yang di perlukan pencacahan dalam melakukan pencacahan menggunakan arus listrik AC 39 detik, sedangkan rata rata waktu yang di perlukan dalam melakukan pencacahan menggunakan arus listrik DC 47,3 detik. Kata kunci : Tegangan, Arus Listrik, Kebutuhan Energi, Listrik AC dan DCLUKY. Performance Test of Vertical Type Veggies Chopping Machine using Dc Electricity Current Source (Supervised by ENDO ARGO KUNCORO). This research aims to test the performance test of vertical type vegetable chopping machine using Dc electricity current source. This research was carried out at the Faculty of Agriculture, Indralaya Campus, Sriwijaya University. With details of the location of the Agricultural Energy Biosystem Laboratory and the Drafting of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, in May 2023 until completion. This research uses a descriptive method, presenting the results using descriptive data in the form of an open table. preparation of tools and materials, and manufacture of voltage power for DC electric current. Parameters used in this study include testing the electric voltage, electric current, energy requirements, input and output input and enumeration time The results of this research show that the average voltage on the chopping machine under AC electric current is 235.4 V, while the average voltage for DC electric current modified via an inverter is 215.3. The observation parameters in this research are electric current, where the average energy needs for AC is 2.68 Wh, and the average energy needsfor DC is 2.6 Wh. The input and output ofvegetables to be chopped are where the input is 500 grams, and where the average output result from the chopping machine uses an AC electric current of 268 grams, and the chopping results from the chopping machine use a DC electric current of 288 grams. The average time required for enumerators to carry out enumerations using AC electricity was 39 seconds, while the average time required to carry out enumerations using DC electricity was 47.3 seconds.
