Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the employee performance of PT Indonusa Telemedia Palembang. The data used in this study are primary data, namely through the distribution of questionnaires directly to employees in the PT Indonusa Telemedia with a population of 40 employees, with the census method 40 employees were designated as respondents. The method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employees performanceof the PT Indonusa Telemedia Palembang. The researcher suggested that the PT Indonusa Telemedia should pay attention to the level of work discipline of its employees, because high work discipline can improve optimal employee performance.
