Abstract

komnikasi interpersonal menjadi salah satu pilihan utama sebagai salah satu faktor yang memperngaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, komunikasi interpersonal dan pelayanan yang baik menjadi hal penting dikarenakan pelanggan akan lebih puas dengan karyawan yang memiliki keterampilan berinteraksi dengan orang lain dan dapat membaca emosi dari kesadaran sosial.
