Abstract

Latar belakang: Radiodermatitis merupakan salah satu efek samping radioterapi sering terjadi, hal ini dapat mengganggu fungsi sawar kulit dan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kualitas hidup, sehingga pencegahan dan tatalaksana gejala klinis menjadi hal penting untuk memelihara keberhasilan radioterapi pada pasien yang membutuhkan perawatan ini seperti pasien pasca mastektomi. Ekstrak C. striata dipercaya memiliki khasiat yang dapat mempercepat penyembuhan luka sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu modalitas pencegahan dan pengobatan radiodermatitis akut. Tujuan: Menilai efektivitas gel ekstrak C. striata 15% untuk pencegahan radiodermatitis akut pada pasien kanker payudara pasca mastektomi. Metode: Pilot study berupa uji klinis fase II, dilakukan di Poliklinik Dermatologi Venereologi dan Estetika, Radioterapi, dan Bedah Onkologi RSMH Palembang periode Mei-September 2024. Sebanyak 30 subjek dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Parameter untuk menilai tingkat keparahan dan manifestasi klinis RD
