Abstract
This research analyze fission products in a PWR with a thermal power of 1000 MWth based on MOX uranium fuel. Neutonic calculations for fuel cells and reactor cores can use the SRAC JENDL 4.0 program utilizing the PIJ module and CITATION module. The parameters that are the design targets are infinite multiplication factor (K-inf), burn-up level, conversion ratio, atomic density and effective multiplication factor (K-eff). The K-inf value increases as the percentage of MOX Pu used increases. the burn-up level of MOX uranium fuel cells over 30 years has grown gradually. A conversion ratio value below 1 means that the reactor is not in breeding ratio condition. Nuclear fuel itself is divided into two, namely fissile and fertile. Calculation of the reactor core with variations in r (75 cm and 95 cm) and t = 130 cm will produce a convergent K-eff value (K-eff=1).
