Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) To measure the level of farmersparticipation on Rural Agribusiness Development Program implementation in Lekis RejoVillage Sub District of Lubuk Raja Ogan Komering Ulu, 2) Counting the income offarmers during the PUAP program in 2014, 3) Analyzed the correlation between theparticipation of farmers in the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) inLekis Rejo Village Sub District of Lubuk Raja Ogan Komering Ulu. This research was take place in Lekis Rejo Village Sub District of Lubuk RajaOgan Komering Ulu. Data collection was conducted on September until November 2015.This research used sample survey method of farmers who are members of the tunas jayafarming group and also the people who receive the financial capital aid (BLM) PUAP.Method sample used in this research is simple random sampling by taking a sample of 38from 150 farmers who receive the financial capital aid in Lekis Rejo Village Sub Districtof Lubuk Raja Ogan Komering Ulu. The average income of farmers on rubber farming in this research since theyreceive the financial capital aid is Rp. 18,432,583.00 per year. The contribution incomefrom the activities of rubber farming is 70.14 percent which means contributions givendominant against the total income of farmer households in Lekis Rejo Village SubDistrict of Lubuk Raja Ogan Komering Ulu. Total Income of farmer as the receiver ofFinancial Capital Aid (BLM) PUAP after gaining with total revenue farming from rubberfarming, non rubber farming, and non farming is Rp. 26,280,320.00 for a year.From the result of the research, it can be seen that the level of participation of thefarmers in Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) are on the middle criteriawith a total average score 25.24. The correlation of tunas jaya farming group memberwith farmer income on Rural Agribusiness Development Program in Lekis Rejo VillageSub District of Lubuk Raja Ogan Komering Ulu was analyzed by using Spearman Rankcorrelation test. The result of the calculation of spearman rank correlation test showed afairly high level of significance with the value of the spearman rank correlation ( ) =0,87 dan = 5,33 then . , ( ) = 1,96 means >. and the tablereject Ho meaning that there is a correlation between the participation of farmers withfarmer income on Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP).
