Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan 1,3-butadiena dengan kapasitas 125.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2029 di Jalan Margasari, Kecamatan Puloampel, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Proses pembuatan 1,3-Butadiena ini mengacu pada patent US11230513 B2. Pabrik ini memiliki luas area sebesar 12,2 ha. Proses pembuatan 1,3-Butadiena menggunakan proses oxidative dehydrogenation isomer n-Butenda dengan oksigen yang membentuk produk 1,3-Butadiena. Reaksi berlangsung dalam multitubular fixed bed reactor (320 ◦C, 3 atm). Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh direktur. Sistem organsasi perusahaan ini adalah line and staff dengan karyawan sebanyak 149 orang. Pabrik 1,3-Butadiena layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi : • Total Capital Investment = US$ 100.856.883,99 • Selling Price per Year = US$ 1.127.933.847,52 • Total Production Cost = US$ 1.024.514.945,98 • Annual Cash Flow = US$ 79.727.543,68 • Pay Out Time = 1,3056 tahun • Rate of Return = 71,78% • Discount Cash Flow = 79,09% • Break Even Point = 29,56% • Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci : 1,3-Butadiena, Multitubular Fixed Bed Reactor, Oxidative Dehydrogenation, Perseroan Terbatas.
