Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan Asam Laktat dengan kapasitas produksi 100.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2029 di daerah Industri Gresik, Kec. Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia dengan perkiraan luas area sebesar 19,10 Ha. Bahan baku untuk pembuatan Asam Laktat adalah Gliserol, KOH dan Karbon dioksida. Proses pembuatan asam Laktat ini mengacu pada Patent US 2023/0026024 A1. Reaksi berlangsung dalam reaktor jenis continuous stirred tank reactor dengan kondisi operasi (200 oC, 63 atm). Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 195 orang. Berdasarkan Analisis ekonomi, pabrik Asam Laktat ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi yaitu: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 115.321.109,96 • Hasil penjualan per tahun = US$ 689.263.774,13 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 610.142.975,02 • Annual Cash Flow = US$ 64.818.979,38 • Pay Out Time (POT) = 2.0141 tahun • Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 48,03 % • Discounted Cash Flow - ROR = 55,78 % • Break Event Point (BEP) = 36,39 % • Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci : Asam Laktat, Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
