Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Etilen Glikol dengan kapasitas 256.000 Ton/Tahun ini direncanakan berdiri di kawasan industri, Pulauampel Kota Serang Banten pada tahun 2030, dengan perkiraan luas area pabrik sebesar 5 Ha. Bahan baku yang digunakan dala proses pembuatan Etilen Glikol adalah etilen oksida dan air. Proses pembuatan etilen glikol ini menggunakan proses hidrolisis yang mengacu pada Patent No. CN 112055703B. Reaktor yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk etilen glikol adalah Single Fixed Bed Reactor. Pabrik pembuatan Etilen Glikol ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, jumlah karyawa yang bekerja 185 orang yang dipimpin oleh satu direktur utama. Berdasarkan analisa ekonomi yang telah dilakukan, pabrik Etilen Elikol ini layak dipertimbangkan untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi analisa perhitungan ekonomi sebagai berikut : •Total Capital Investment = US$ 90.581.386 •Selling Price per Year = US$ 861.766.774 •Total Production Cost = US$ 511.178.363 •Annual Cash Flow = US$ 252.822.350 •Pay Out Time = 1,37 Tahun •Rate of Return = 88,98 % •Discount Cash Flow = 81,24 % •Break Even Point = 30,97 % •Service Life = 11 Tahun
