Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan klorin dioksida dengan kapasitas produksi 14500 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2030 di Cilegon, Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, Banten. dengan perkiraan luas area sebesar 1,5 Ha. Bahan baku untuk pembuatan Klorin dioksida adalah Natrium Klorat, Asam Sulfat dan Hidrogen Peroksida. Proses pembuatan klorin dioksida ini mengacu pada Patent US20230087938A1. Reaksi berlangsung dalam reaktor jenis Continous Stirred Tank Reactor dengan kondisi operasi (80 oC, 1 atm). Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 131 orang. Berdasarkan Analisis ekonomi, pabrik klorin dioksida ini layak untuk dipertimbangkan didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi yaitu: ● Total Capital Investment = US$ 24.171.482,00 ● Selling Price per Year = US$ 49.179.543,18 ● Total Production Cost = US$ 35.876.897,74 ● Annual Cash Flow = US$ 11.289.320,74 ● Pay Out time = 2,4239 tahun ● Rate of return on investment = 38,52% ● Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 45,98% ● Break Even Point = 32,13% ● Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci : Klorin Dioksida, Continous Stirred Tank Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
