Abstract

PT Gorby Putra Utama is a company engaged in the coal mining industry. The current problem experienced by PT Gorby Putra Utama is that it is not possible to maximize coal mining in the sidewall area in the GE pit, because the GE pit sidewall area is directly adjacent to the IUP of PT Banyan Koalindo Lestari, so it is necessary to carry out reserve conservation activities in the area. The chosen reserve conservation measure is a wall sharing cooperation between PT Gorby Putra Utama and PT Banyan Koalindo Lestari. Based on the reserve results using minescape 5.7 software, it is known that the coal reserves in the sharing wall area are 4,818,801 tons and the total overburden that must be stripped is 20,013,681 bcm with a mining stripping ratio of 4.1. the mining life of the sharing wall area is 2 years and 240 days with a mining design sequence of 6 semesters. The mining scheduling of the sharing wall area is designed based on the fleet that has been dedicated to the sharing wall area in accordance with the agreement of both parties, namely 2 fleets for coal mining and 5 fleets for oveburden mining. The excavation equipment used for coal mining is Sumitomo SH490 and for overburden stripping is Sany Sy 365. The disposal design has 2 areas, namely for the GE pit area with a capacity of 13,192,236 m3 and for the BKL pit area with a capacity of 10,995,575 m3.
