Abstract

Kinerja karyawan berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan dan kinerja organisasi. Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berperan terhadap pencapaian kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Rio City Palembang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 orang, teknik sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
