Abstract

Pertanian cerdas menjadi solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan yang terus meningkat meski menghadapi tantangan seperti berkurangnya lahan subur dan menurunnya jumlah petani. Dengan teknologi seperti kendali, sensor, dan aktuator, sistem ini mengurangi beban kerja petani dan tidak memerlukan lahan luas. Di Sumatera Selatan, melimpahnya energi surya mendukung sistem agrivoltaic, terutama di Palembang, yang memiliki iradiasi mingguan hingga 1278,8 W/m². Potensi energi surya yang melimpah ini menjanjikan sumber energi terbarukan yang andal namun, fluktuasi ketersediaan iradiasi matahari menjadi tantangan yang harus diatasi. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan model prediktif berbasis machine learning, seperti hybrid LSTM-ANN, menjadi krusial untuk memprediksi luaran fotovoltaik secara akurat, termasuk tegangan, daya, dan iradiasi matahari. Model hibrid ini menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi yang signifikan, prediksi tegangan meningkat 15% dengan Mean Absolute Error (MAE) sebesar 0,1016 dan Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) sebesar 0,1417. Prediksi iradiasi meningkat 20% dengan MAE sebesar 0,0895 dan RMSE sebesar 0,1149, sementara prediksi daya meningkat 18% dengan MAE sebesar 0,1506 dan RMSE sebesar 0,1954. Studi juga memanfaatkan model Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) dengan transfer learning untuk prediksi hasil panen cabai. Dengan data dari greenhouse bertenaga surya berbasis IoT, kinerja model EfficientNetV2L dan ResNet 50 mencapai akurasi 100%, sementara EfficientNetV2M mencapai 96%. Dengan mengintegrasikan energi terbarukan, machine learning, dan otomatisasi, agrivoltaic cerdas menawarkan masa depan pertanian yang lebih efisien, ramah lingkungan, dan berkelanjutan, diharapkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan pada pengelolaan pangan dan energi global.
