Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil dari penerapan model bimbingan kelompok besar Sciarra pada kompetensi meningkatkan belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik sampel acak, sehingga diperoleh kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group pretest posttest. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil observasi menunjukan bahwa penerapan bimbingan kelompok besar Sciarra mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam meningkatkan belajar yang terlihat dari keaktifan siswa dalam belajar serta hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan dari nilai angket siswa dari kategori sedang ke kategori tinggi. Sehingga model bimbingan kelompok besar Sciarra efektif untuk diterapkan terhadap kompetensi meningkatkan belajar siswa.
