Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of financial performance simultaneously and partially to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The population used in this study was 11 Islamic Banks listed in BI period 2009-2013 and obtained a sample of 8 Islamic Banks, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. By using correlation analysis and multiple linear analysis, the results of this study indicated that simultaneous CSR can be affected by all the independent variables, with a coefficient of determination R2 is represented by by 47.1%. Partially, the result showed that firm size had positive significant effect to CSR but ROA and leverage did not have a significant effect to CSR. The implication of this research is the manager can implement CSR activities in order to improve the profitability of the Islamic Banks. For further research, is expected to be able to increase the other variables.
