Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media grafis terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada tema Indahnya Negeriku di kelas IV. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Jenis penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen Pre Experimental dengan menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini tidak menggunakan grup kontrol. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Indralaya Selatan yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Siswa laki-laki berjumlah 5 orang dan siswa perempuan berjumlah 12 orang. Media grafis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah gambar atau foto, bagan, peta dan poster. Nilai rata-rata pretest = 37,2 dan nilai rata-rata posttest = 74,3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistic terhadap data pretest dan posttest, dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh harga thitung = 14,21 dan ttabel = 1,746, karena thitung>ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media grafis berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada tema Indahnya Negeriku di kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Indralaya Selatan dan terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa pada uji pretest dan posttest.
