Abstract

Transportation is an indispensable tool today that can streamline work and help meet daily needs. One of them is online motorcycle taxi transportation that provides solutions and answers various public concerns about public transportation services. This study took place in Kemang Manis, Ilir Barat II District, Palembang. In this study shows the existence of consumer behavior that has a high loyalty spirit to the driver. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is through data collection, such as participatory observation and in-depth interviews. The informants consisted of 15 informants which included 10 main informants and 5 supporting informants. This research uses the theory of Consumer Behavior. The results of the study are consumer friendly and cost more than the specified price, giving good behavior to the motorcycle taxi drivers. And being friendly and interactive and the quality of driver services for consumers of motorbike transport users provide good services, providing a sense of security for consumers makes online motorcycle taxi users feel satisfied with the services provided.
