Abstract

Kanker ovarium, khususnya subtipe serous, merupakan penyebab kematian utama kanker ginekologi pada perempuan. Keterlambatan diagnosis dan pengobatan yang kurang efektif merupakan salah satu penyebab tingginya angka kejadian dan mortalitas. Faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi seperti indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan paritas diyakini memiliki potensi pencegahan terhadap karsinoma ovarium subtipe serous, meskipun hasil penelitian sebelumnya masih bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara IMT dan paritas dengan derajat histopatologi karsinoma ovarium subtipe serous. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan data retrospektif dari rekam medis pasien karsinoma ovarium di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang (2020-2024). Sampel terdiri atas 68 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Fisher’s Exact dan uji Chi-Square untuk memeriksa hubungan antara IMT dan paritas dengan derajat histopatologi karsinoma ovarium subtipe serous. Mayoritas pasien karsinoma ovarium subtipe serous berusia >49 tahun (57,4%), tidak obesitas (72,1%), dan memiliki status wanita parous (57,4%). Analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara IMT (p=0,329) maupun paritas (p=1,0) dengan derajat histopatologi karsinoma ovarium subtipe serous. Indeks massa tubuh dan paritas tidak berperan sebagai faktor risiko utama yang memengaruhi derajat histopatologi karsinoma ovarium subtipe serous.
