Abstract

InDrive is an application-based online transportation business that offers services in a variety of vehicles, including motorcycles and cars, as well as couriers, interstate delivery, and delivery of big quantities or sizes utilizing special cars. Although the InDrive application has many advantages, it is not as widely used as other transportation service applications because of corporate competition. Therefore, this study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model to determine what factors influence user behavioral intentions toward this InDrive application. This study employs a quantitative methodology, and information was gathered by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents via social media. Using SmartPLS software, the data analysis method was performed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study's findings showed that, out of 25 hypotheses, six had an effect on the behavioral intentions of InDrive application users in Indonesia. These included the following: Behavioral Intention significantly influenced Use Behavior; Habit significantly influenced Behavioral Intention; Social Influence significantly influenced Behavioral Intention; Gender influenced Hedonic Motivation significantly influenced Behavioral Intention; and Experience significantly influenced Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior.
