Abstract

Penelitian yang di beri judul pengaruh latihan medicine ball throw terhadap hasil Ihrow in sepak bola pada siswa SMP N 1 Indralaya. Dilaksanakan pada sore hari dari pukul 15.00 — 16.30 selama kurang lebih & minggu atau 18x pertemuan dengan dilakukan 3x seminggu (selasa, kamis dan sabtu). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan medicine ball throw terhadap hasil throw in sepak bola pada siswa SMP N 1 Indralaya. Sampel Penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang siswa yang mengikuti ekstra kurikuler. Dilaksanakan dari tanggal 12 Februari sampai dengan 22 Maret 2016. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen berupa one group pre-test and post-test design, Penelitian dilakukan pada satu kelompok subjek penelitian tanpa kelompok perbandingan Kelompok ekperimen diberi perlakuan latihan pliometrik selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 60 Yo, setelah pelaksanaan perlakuan tersebut didapatkan hasil sebesar 1,46 m. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik uji t dengan taraf signifikansi (@) 0,05Yo, thitung” ttabet, dengan thitung (34,15) sementara tusei (2,04). Tempat penelitian di SMP N 1 Indralaya. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dalam penelitian ini, dengan demikian hipotesis H, ditolak dan Hipotesis Hj diterima. Ada pengaruh latihan medicine ball htrow terhadap hasil throw in siswa SMP N 1 Indralaya.
