Abstract

This research had done at Tanjung Agung Village Distric of Pagar Gunung Lahat Regency on Maret 2017. The purposes of this reseach were; 1) To measure Gapoktan Tanjung Jaya Performance based Distribusi Pangan Masyarakat (LDPM) Program at Tanjung Agung Village Distric of Pagar Gunung Lahat Regency. 2) To measure the performance of farmer groups which had joined to the combined of farmer groups in Lembaga Distribusi Pangan Masyarakat (LDPM) Program at Tanjung Agung Village Distric of Pagar Gunung Lahat Regency. 3) To calculate the amount of farmer members income who had done Lembaga Distribusi Pangan Masyarakat (LDPM) Program at Tanjung Agung Village Distric of Pagar Gunung Lahat Regency. 4) To analyze the relationship between the performance of farmer groups who joined in Gapoktan with farmers income in Lembaga Distribusi Pagan Masyarakat (LDPM) Program. This research used survey research method. This method used to get information and descriptions about the performance of farmer groups who had done Lembaga Distribusi Pangan Masyarakat (LDPM) Program and to find the correlation between performance of farmers and farmers income at Tanjung Agung Village Distric of Pagar Gunung Lahat Regency. The result of this research are The performance of farmer groups who had done Lembaga Distribusi Pangan Masyarakat Program is at Medium category, the meaning is the overall performance of farmer groups is good enough but can still be improved again to obtain maximum results and The result of correlation Rank Spearman between farmer groups performance with the income which had received by farmers in Lembaga Distribusi Pangan Masyarakat (LDPM) Program shows that there i positive correlation, with meaning is the better of farmer performance will get the higher income received by the farmer.
