Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi website jurusan dengan konsep Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM) di Jurusan Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, Universitas Sriwijaya. Pengembangan website menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) untuk memastikan antarmuka yang user-friendly dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Metode Waterfall diterapkan dalam proses pengembangan sistem, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengguna menginginkan website jurusan yang mudah diakses, informatif, dan terintegrasi dengan media sosial, terutama Facebook. Integrasi Social CRM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan engagement dan memudahkan komunikasi antara jurusan dengan mahasiswa, alumni, dan stakeholder lainnya. Website jurusan yang dikembangkan telah berhasil diimplementasikan dan diuji usability-nya menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Skor SUS rata-rata sebesar 72 mengindikasikan bahwa website memiliki usability yang "Good" dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna.
