Abstract

The development of technology is related to the advancement of payment systems that can now be done through technological tools. SeaBank as one of the innovations in payment system advancement, is a digital banking application with its usefulness in conducting financial activities. However, it is known that since 3 months ago there have been negative reviews from users regarding the services and security provided by the application. With the emergence of this problem, an analysis is carried out to find out how high the level of user satisfaction is while providing recommendations for improvement so that the SeaBank application achieves a better level of satisfaction. The appropriate method to be applied in this research is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which focuses on assessing the user satisfaction level measurement system through five variable dimensions namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This research includes the involvement of 230 SeaBank user respondents in the Indonesian region by distributing through google forms. The results showed that overall users were very satisfied in using the SeaBank application even though there were several sides to the accuracy variable that showed lower ratings than other variables. So in this case, SeaBank needs to make improvements, especially on the service side and errors in the application.
