Abstract
One of the key factors in organizational success is employee performance. Employee performance issues are an ongoing challenge for company management. As such, management needs to understand the various factors that impact employee performance. PT Inti Konten Indonesia, founded in 2010, has its share ownership distributed with 99% held by PT INTI (Persero)—a state-owned enterprise recognized as part of the strategic industry—and the remaining 1% owned by PT WBI (Widya Bhakti Inti). This study aims to evaluate how effectively knowledge management, the work environment, and stress levels have been implemented and their influence on enhancing employee performance. A quantitative research method was adopted, utilizing numerical data to address the research questions. Findings revealed that knowledge management and work stress significantly affect the performance of PT Inti Konten Indonesia employees, whereas the work environment does not exhibit a notable impact. The analysis employed SmartPLS 4.0 software and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This research is anticipated to offer valuable contributions to the theory and practice of human resource management, particularly for PT Inti Konten Indonesia in optimizing employee performance.
