Abstract

Technological developments have spurred society into a new era, where almost the entire community has been influenced by various needs electronically. One of the technological developments known to the public is digital comics, including Komiku and Manga Plus. These two applications have a variety of good reviews and disadvantages of each application. An important aspect that must be considered in developing an application is the view or perception of the application users. Each user has a different perception called user experience. The purpose of this study is to analyze the user experience of the Komiku and Manga Plus applications using the meCUE Questionnaire method with 34 statement items to be answered by respondents. This study resulted in the highest average score for Komiku being 5,6 (usability) and the lowest average score of 3,64 (negative emotions), in the Manga Plus application the highest average score was 5,05 (usability), and the lowest average score was 3,7 (commitment). The average overall score was 3,4 for Komiku and 2,94 for Manga Plus.
