Abstract
In development of a robot that can follow human movements automatically. This project uses Arduino Uno as main microcontroller platform to integrate ultrasonic sensors and infrared sensors. Ultrasonic Sensor on this robot is usually used to detect distance between robot and humans so that robot can maintain specified distance and continue to follow target. Infrared Sensor on this robot is usually used to detect direction of human movement, so that robot can adjust the orientation and follow more precisely. In early stages this robot is designed in such a way that has economic value, and also has an equivalent kinematic value so that robot can function as it should. This robot is designed using two sensors where sensor is an ultrasonic sensor to determine distance from robot to object that has been determined which is 1-25cm in testing this robot and for infrared sensor to direct robot to right and left with provisions of distance that has been determined which is 1-5cm. In this design we can also see voltage from robot when object is below 25cm then robot automatically follows object or human movement and when object is above 25cm then robot will automatically not be able to read object so that it automatically stops that's what happens in the voltage test on ultrasonic sensor, and in infrared sensor test when there is an object that is read by sensor then the value will be o and when object is not read by object then voltage is worth 1.
