Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan linear alkilbenzena (LAB) dengan kapasitas 40.000 ton/tahun direncanakan untuk berdiri pada tahun 2030 di Kawasan Industri Tuban, Tuban, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area seluas 4 ha. Proses pembuatan senyawa ini mengacu kepada paten dengan nomor US 10,894,753 B1. Bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu benzena dan dodekana. Reaksi terjadi pada dua reaktor dengan jenis multitubular fixed bed reactor (450°C, 3 atm) dan trickle bed reactor (80°C, 12,66 atm). Pabrik produksi LAB ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 153 orang dan sistem organisasi perusahaan line and staff. Pabrik ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi sebagai berikut. Total Capital Investment = US$ 69.010.258,4921 Total Penjualan = US$ 110.682.564,6562 Total Production Cost = US$ 73.660.716,8834 Annual Cash Flow = US$ 30.934.221,3313 Pay Out Time = 2, 3840 tahun Rate of Return on Investment = 37, 5528% Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 42% Break Even Point = 37, 2611% Service Life = 11 tahun
