Abstract
Rindiani .The Effect Of The Molboard Culvature Coated By Aluminum On The Energy Consumption Of Aluvial Soil Tillage With Various Working Speed (Supervised by Hersyamsi). This research aimed to determine and studied the effect of the degree of curvature of aluminum-coated moldboard with various working speeds on energy consumption in Aluvial soil processing. The method used in the research was a Randomized Block Factorial Design (RAKF) with two treatment factors, namely the angle of culvature of the plow (A) and the working speed of the plow (B). Each factor consists of three levels of treatment. The treatment levels forcurvature angles consist of curvature angles were 120º, 130º and 140º, while the treatment levels for plow working speed were 2 km/hour, 3 km/hour, and 4 km/hour. The results of the research showed that the angle of curvature of the slope and the working speed of the plow have a significant effect on the results of processing Aluvial soil. The combination of treatment with an angle of curvature 140º and a speed of 4 km/hour produces the lowest average soil stickiness value, namely 49.33 g. while the combination of treatment with a curvature angle of 120º and a speed of 4 km/hour produced the highest average energy consumption, plow working depth, plowing height, plow working width respectively of 189,420 kcal/ha, 10.20 cm, 10.53 cm , and 21.20 cm. Pengaruh Kelengkungan Singkal yang dilapisi Aluminium terhadap kebutuhan energi pengolahan tanah aluvial dengan berbagai kecepatan kerja (Dibimbing oleh HERSYAMSI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari pengaruh derajat kelengkungan singkal yang dilapisi aluminium dengan berbagai kecepatan kerja terhadap kebutuhan energi pada pengolahan tanah Aluvial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu sudut kelengkungan bajak (A) dan kecepatan kerja bajak (B). Masing-masing faktor terdiri dari tiga taraf perlakuan. Taraf perlakuan untuk sudut kelengkungan terdiri dari sudut kelengkungan 120º, 130º dan 140º sedangkan taraf perlakuan kecepatan kerja bajak yaitu terdiri dari kecepatan 2 km/jam, kecepatan 3 km/jam, dan kecepatan 4 km/jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudut kelengkungan singkal dan kecepatan kerja bajak berbeda nyata terhadap hasil pengolahan tanah Aluvial dengan kombinasi perlakuan sudut kelengkungan 140° dan kecepatan 4 km/jam menghasilkan rata-rata nilai kelengketan tanah terendah yaitu 49,33 g. sedangkan kombinasi perlakuan sudut kelengkungan 120° dan kecepatan 4 km/jam menghasilkan rata-rata kebutuhan energi, kedalaman kerja bajak, tinggi hasil pembajakan, lebar kerja bajak tertinggi secara berturut-turut sebesar 189,420 kkal/ha, 10,20 cm, 10,53 cm, dan 21,20 cm.
