Abstract

Kampanye politik adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu kelompok yang bersifat persuasif yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi suatu masyarakat agar dapat memperoleh dukungan dalam pemilihan umum. Pemilu bertujuan menentukan seorang yang akan memimpin suatu negara pada periode tertentu. Kampanye yang dilakukan sangat beragam seperti menggunakan jargon “Gemoy”. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model atau PLS- SEM dengan Outer Model dan Inner Model untuk melihat nilai Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Hubungan kampanye politik pada persepsi mendapatkan nilai F-Square sebesar 1,006 dan hubungan kampanye politik pada jargon sebesar 0,290 sementara nilai FSquare jargon gemoy dengan generasi Z adalah 0,767. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel signifikan karena berada di range nilai > 0,35. Adanya Variabel Intervening pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai sebesar 0,534 yang berhasil mempengaruhi hampir setengah dari variabel kampanye politik. Pengaruh kampanye politik terhadap persepsi melalui jargon mendapatkan nilai 0,776 yang berarti sebagian generasi Z memberi kontribusi yang besar dalam pemilihan umum 2024 karena adanya jargon “Gemoy”
