Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul Penerapan Sanski Kumulatif Terhadap Anak Yang Melakukan Tindak Pidana Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Di Kota Palembang, Berdasarkan Ketentuaan Pasal 1 Angka 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika, dapat di artikan sebagai obat yang berasal dari tanaman atau bukan tanaman, baik sintesis maupun semi sintesis, yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan dan perubahan kesadaran, menghilangi rasa dan dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan.Hasildaripenelitianskripsiini Hakim dalammenjatuhi sanksi kumulatif terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana Narkotika adalah berdasrkan ketentuaan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Tentang sistem peradilan pidana anak.
