Abstract
In this research, ABC and ABC-Fuzzy methods are used to classify the inventory of food products at Grocery Superstore. The calculation results with the ABC method show that products are classified based on the cumulative value of the percentage of fund absorption. Products with the highest absorption of funds are included in category A, products with the second highest absorption of funds are included in category B, and products with the third highest absorption of funds are included in category C as many as 4,206 products, 5,879 products, and 7,172 products, respectively. These results show that category C has the largest number of products, while category A has the least number of products. With the ABC-Fuzzy method, products are classified based on dependent attributes, namely the level of importance of food products and independent attributes, which include the level of criticality, expiration period, and product price. Products are classified into three categories, namely very important, important, and unimportant categories. The classification results obtained by the ABC-Fuzzy method for the very important category were 4,349 products, the important category was 5,776 products, and the unimportant category was 7,132 products. These results show that the unimportant category has the largest number of products, while the very important category has the least number of products. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode ABC menunjukkan bahwa produk diklasifikasikan berdasarkan nilai kumulatif persentase penyerapan dana. Produk dengan penyerapan dana tertinggi dimasukkan dalam kategori A, produk dengan penyerapan dana terbanyak kedua dimasukkan dalam kategori B, dan produk dengan penyerapan dana terbanyak ketiga dimasukkan dalam kategori C berturut-turut sebanyak 4.206 produk, 5.879 produk, dan 7.172 produk. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kategori C memiliki jumlah produk terbanyak, sedangkan kategori A memiliki jumlah produk paling sedikit. Dengan metode ABC-Fuzzy produk diklasifikasikan berdasarkan atribut dependent yaitu tingkat kepentingan produk pangan dan atribut independent yang meliputi tingkat kekritisan, masa kadaluarsa, dan harga produk. Produk diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kategori yaitu kategori very important, important, dan unimportant. Diperoleh hasil klasifikasi dengan metode ABC-Fuzzy untuk kategori very important sebanyak 4.349 produk, kategori important sebanyak 5.776 produk, dan kategori unimportant sebanyak 7.132 produk. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kategori unimportant memiliki jumlah produk terbanyak, sedangkan kategori very important memiliki jumlah produk paling sedikit.
