Abstract

Latar Belakang : Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan suatu kelompok penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia yang disertai dengan inflamasi kronik. Perubahan ini mengakibatkan terjadinya komplikasi mikroangiopati, seperti Diabetic Nephropathy. Deteksi awal nefropati diabetik memerlukan pemeriksaan mikroalbumin urine dan biopsi ginjal sebagai gold standar penegakan diagnosis. Namun, tidak semua fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia memiliki pemeriksaan mikroalbumin urine. Sehingga di perlukan pemeriksaan penunjang yang tersedia di semua fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia dan dapat memonitor perkembangan penyakit pada nefropati diabetik. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional dengan desain potong lintang untuk mengetahui korelasi Rasio Neutrofil Limfosit dengan Derajat Albumin urin pada pasien Diabetes Melitus (DM) tipe 2 di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang dimulai dari Februari 2024 sampai dengan Mei 2024. Analisis bivariat untuk menilai korelasi menggunakan Uji Korelasi Spearman. Hasil : Dari 65 subjek yang diteliti, mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan (58,5%). Didapatkan sebanyak 44 orang dengan Normoalbumin, 18 orang dengan Mikroalbuminuria dan 3 orang dengan Makroalbuminuria. Didapatkan korelasi positif antara RNL dengan kadar albuminuria pada pasien DM tipe 2 di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin (r = 0,795; p = <0,01). Kesimpulan : Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara RNL dengan derajat albuminuria pada pasien DM tipe 2 dengan kekuatan korelasi yang kuat.. Kata Kunci: DM Tipe 2, RNL, Mikroalbuminura, Makroalbuminuria.
