Abstract
The construction of a Trichlorosilane manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 140,000 tons per year is planned to commence in 2028 in the city of Tangerang, Banten Province, Erang District, which is estimated to have an area of 7,9 hectares. The production of Trichlorosilane is based on Patent US2020/0339427A1, using the Hydrochlorination process with raw materials Si and HCl. The reactor employed is a Fluidized Bed Reactor operating at a temperature of 330°C and a pressure of 6.9 atm. The company structure to be utilized in this factory will be a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a Line and Staff organizational system, led by a Director with a total of 245 employees. Based on the results of economic analysis, the Trichlorosilane plant is deemed feasible for establishment as it has met various economic parameter requirements, as follows • Total Capital Invesmnet (TCI) = US$ 42.538.627,0518 • Total Annual Sales = US$ 157.954.544,2931 • Annual Cash Flow = US$ 32.278.288,477 • Pay Out Time = 1 Tahun • Rate of Return = 45,66 % • Break Even Point = 29,2058 % • Service Life = 11 Tahun Keyword: Triklorosilana, Hidroklorinasi, FBR, Silikon Metalurgi.
