Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui capaian indeks kepuasan masyarakat pada salah satu program CRS (Corporate Sustainable Responsibility) yaitu program electric vehicle suppot oleh PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB. instrumen penilaian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah kuesioner dan acuan pada indeks kepuasan masyarakat, mengikuti Permenpan RB No. 14 Tahun 2017. metode penilaian yang digunakan pada penelitian inikuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa penerima manfaat program dengan sampel sebanyak 135 0rang sebagai responden pada penelitian ini.
