Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of liquidity, profitability, and solvency on stock returns of companies that went public through Initial Public Offerings (IPO) from 2020 to 2023. The data used in this research is secondary, in the form of financial statements of the companies. A sample of 205 companies was selected from a population of 221 companies that conducted IPOs during the observation period. The sampling method employed is Non-Probability Sampling, where samples are chosen based on specific criteria determined by the researcher. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data, processed using SPSS version 29. The results indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant impact on stock returns, while the Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Additionally, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) shows a negative and significant influence on stock returns.
