Abstract

Official houses are buildings that are owned by the state and function as a place of residence or shelter and a means of fostering families and supporting the implementation of duties of officials and civil servants. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has a housing complex or official house built for the welfare and comfort of employees. The housing complex which was built on an area of 11 and a half hectares and consisted of 450 housing units. One of the problems at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, which is still experiencing difficulties in determining the provision of official housing because it is still subjective. This is feared to cause an injustice in the election of the section head who has the right to obtain official housing, because there is no system that can provide alternative solutions. For this reason, the scoring system will use a Decision Support System that can help PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang in the process of providing official housing using the Simple Multy Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The results of this study are in the form of a Service Delivery Decision Support System Application that uses the Simple Multy Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method in its calculations, making it easier for PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is in the process of providing official housing in accordance with the criteria desired by the company
