Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kekuatan otot lengan dan panjang lengan terhadap ketepatan servis atas pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 4 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 36 siswa (20 putra dan 16 putri) yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup tes kekuatan otot lengan melalui push-up, pengukuran panjang lengan menggunakan pita meteran, dan tes ketepatan servis atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan sempurna antara kekuatan otot lengan dan ketepatan servis atas, dengan nilai korelasi R=0,946 pada siswa putra dan R=0,933 pada siswa putri. Panjang lengan juga memiliki hubungan yang sedang terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan nilai korelasi R=0,613 untuk siswa putra dan R=0,589 untuk siswa putri. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan otot lengan dan panjang lengan secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sempurna terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan nilai R=0,946 pada siswa putra dan R=0,940 pada siswa putri. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa baik kekuatan otot lengan maupun panjang lengan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan ketepatan servis atas. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelatih untuk mengembangkan program latihan fisik yang lebih terfokus pada penguatan otot lengan dan teknik servis atas siswa.
