This study uses a career adaptability scale that refers to the dimensions of career adaptability from Savickas and Porfeli (2012) and a perceived organizational support scale that refers to the dimensions of perceived organizational support from Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison, and Sowa (1986). This study uses simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis obtained the R square value of the role of perceived organizational support on career adaptability is 0.212, the F value is 54.756, and the significance value is 0.000 (p<0.05). This shows that perceived organizational support has a significant role on career adaptability so that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.
