Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan pembiayaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) terhadap profitabilitas UMKM pada nasabah Pegadaian di Kota Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 pelanggan PT Pegadaian Kota Palembang yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pelanggan, kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas UMKM, inklusi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas UMKM, dan pembiayaan KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas UMKM pada nasabah Pegadaian di Palembang Kota.
