Abstract

Dalammenanggulangipenyalahgunaannarkotikapemerintahtelahmembuatperaturanpemerintahmengenai program wajiblaporbagi para pecandunarkotika. Pengaturandilakukandidalamperaturanpemerintahnomor 25 tahun 2011 tentangpelaksanaanwajiblaporbagipecandunarkotika yang juga implementasidaripasal 55 undang-undangnomor 35 tahun 2009 tentangnarkotika. Program wajiblaporsendiritelahditetapkan oleh pemerintahsebagaiintitusipenerimawajiblapor (IPWL) institusiiniadalah program pemerintahuntuk para pecandunarkotika. Namuninstitusipenerimawajiblaporinitidaksemata di tanganiataudimiliki oleh peerintahsajanamunada juga tempatrehabilitasiitumilikswasta, artinyapemerintahhanyamengeluarkanperaturannamununtukpelaksanaannya juga dilakukanswastayaitutempatrehabilitasinya.
