Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Etilen Oksida dari proses oksidasi oksigen dengan kapasitas 12.000 ton/tahun ini, direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2030 di daerah Merak, Cilegon, Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luar area sebesar 2,5 Ha. Berdasarkan paten EP 2980082 B1, bahan baku yang digunakan pada pembuatan Etilen Oksida ini adalah Etilen dan Oksigen. Reaktor-01 yang digunakan adalah reaktor jenis Fixed Bed Multi Tubular. Reaktor beroperasi pada temperatur 220 oC dan tekanan 20 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 172 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik Etilen Oksida ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: 1. Total Production Cost= US $ 14.864.178,05 2. Selling Price per Year= US $ 28.963.217,78 3. Annual Cash Flow= US $ 11.848.531,35 4. Pay Out Time = 2,033 tahun 5. Rate of Return on Investment (ROR)= 35,90 % 6. Break Event Point (BEP)= 29,77 % 7. Service Life = 11 tahun
