Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan 1,3-butadiena dari 2,3-butanediol dengan kapasitas produksi 100.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2030 di Daerah Cikande, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 2,5 Ha. Proses pembuatan 1,3-butadiena ini mengacu pada Patent US 9,884,800 B2 dengan proses reaksi Reaksi Dehidrasi bahan baku berupa 2,3-Butanediol dibantu dengan katalis Kalsium Fosfat yang membentuk produk 1,3-Butadiena, 2-Metil Propanal dan Metil Etil Keton. Jenis reaktor yang digunakan adalah Fix Bed Reactor. Reaktor beroperasi pada temperatur 200℃ dan tekanan 33 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 173 pekerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik 1,3-butadiena ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment = US $ 36.142.403,78 • Selling Price per Year = US $ 525.256.152,95 • Total Production Cost = US $ 469.158.103,56 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 42.061.177,40 • Pay Out Time = 0,83 tahun • Rate of Return = 108,65 % • Discounted Cash Flow = 76,77 % • Break Even Point = 37,47 % • Service Life = 11 tahun
