Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Aplikasi Konseling Behavior Dengan Teknik Asertif Pada Siswa X Korban Bullying Di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana penerapan dan hasil konseling behavior dengan teknik asertif terhadap siswa X korban bullying. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dari aplikasi konseling behavior dengan teknik asertif terhadap siswa X korban bullying di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 1 orang yaitu X yang menjadi korban bullying oleh teman-temannya. Instrumen pengumpulan data ini menggunakan obeservasi, wawancara, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling behavior dengan teknik asertif dapat mengubah perilaku siswa X untuk berani mengutarakan perasaan dan pikiran, serta memilki ketegasan.
