Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of working capital financing, length of business, working hours and gender on the income of pempek food SMEs in Palembang City. This research was conducted in Palembang City, with a sample of 55 respondents from a total population of 124 people. The data collection method is a survey method with a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the OLS method. The results of this study are (1) Financing of working capital, length of time and working hours have a positive and significant effect on income; (2) There is no difference in income based on gender; (3) Overall the variation in SME income can be explained by 47.98% by the variables of working capital financing, length of business, hours of work, and gender.
