Abstract

This research is entitled Implementation of Healthy Indonesia Card Policy in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang City. The background of this research is that the distribution of Kartu Indonesia Sehat is still experiencing problems with data incompatibility on recipients of the Healthy Indonesia Card with the amount of data of the poor in the Seberang Ulu 1 District of Palembang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method by using two sources of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Research carried out using the theory of public policy implementation according to Merille S. Grindle with the focus of research on the success of a public policy implementation can be measured from the process of achieving outcomes (achieved or not goals to be achieved). From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of a healthy Indonesian card policy in the Seberang Ulu 1 sub-district of Palembang City is still not optimal even though the benefits of the Healthy Indonesia card can already be felt for the people who receive it but the distribution of healthy Indonesian cards is still not going well due to data collection factors the beginning of using old data in 2015.
