Abstract

This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to investigate the management strategy of Dayang Sandes Studio in Sanga Desa Sub-district with regard to oral literature preservation. The research team relied on documentation, interviews, and observations to gather data, which was analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Three informants were used in the study, and data validity tests included credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The findings suggest that Dayang Sandes Studio's approach to oral literature preservation in Sanga Desa District involves a documentation-based protection strategy. Development strategy through training activity programs in preparation for school cultural seminars and preparation for regional festivals. Utilization by carrying out promotions through social media and sharing the results of performances by studio members. Furthermore, coaching through mentoring and workshop activities for prospective or studio members to build potential and creativity in creating talented prospective oral literature storytellers.
