Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify differences in the behavior of farmers who use Pusri Cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25 and farmers who don’t use Pusri Cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25, 2) to analyze the attributes that become the preference of farmers who use Pusri Cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25 and farmers who don’t use Pusri Cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25. This research was conducted in Purwajaya Village and Mekar Jaya Village, Banjar Margo District, Tulang Bawang Regency, Lampung Province in November 2024. The research method used in this study was the survey method. The selection of samples used was proportionate stratified random sampling method. The results showed that (1) The results of Tukey’s Kilat analysis on the behavior of farmers who use Pusri Cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25 and farmers who don’t use Pusri Cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25 showed that there was no significant differences in the purpose of purchase, reasons for using the fertilizer, dosage of use, effectiveness, and frequency of purchase. While the behavior of farmers based on fertilizer purchase expenditure shows a significant difference, (2) a. Farmers who use Pusri's cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25 namely the attributes of product availability, brand, texture and packaging are not important to farmers. While the Price attribute and the Nutrient Content attribute have a high level of importance and satisfaction, b. Farmers who don’t use Pusri's cassava NPK Fertilizer 17-6-25, namely the product availability attribute is the top priority to be improved, brand attributes, texture, and packaging are not important to farmers. While the attributes of price and nutrient content are important attributes for farmers and need to be maintained
