Abstract
The background of this research is that the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency presents public service innovations through Sanjo Barokah for vulnerable groups who experience limited accessibility, but in its implementation it still encounters obstacles and public ignorance of this innovation is quite high even though innovation offers ease of service. This study aims to determine, examine and analyze public service innovation through Sanjo Barokah at Dispencapil Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through interviews, documentation, and observation and analyzed using source triangulation techniques. The results of the research based on Everett M. Rogers' theory show that it is still very necessary to pay attention to several things including the age of the equipment used in several sub-districts, the availability of (SOP) or technical instructions for innovation and direct socialization which should be carried out regularly and evenly in society.
